The club is committed to providing high quality Snowsports and related activities, and events in a safe environment. 

This Code of Conduct sets the standards and expectations of participants, parents and volunteers involved with the club. 

It has been developed to encourage standards of good practice and to protect the welfare and well-being of all those involved in the club and its activities.

Members of the NWSC must adhere to the following standards, by:

• Being polite and respectful at all times, whilst participating in the sport and at club activities
• Respecting club and event officials decisions, and object through the appropriate channels
• Not use discriminatory language or behaviour. Physical violence and / or dangerous behaviour will not be tolerated
• Notifying a coach or club official immediately if any of the above behaviour is observed
• Agreeing that the misuse of alcohol, and/or the use of illegal or prohibited drugs is not acceptable
• Participating in a safe, responsible and considerate manner
• Volunteering where and when possible
• Not bringing the name of the North Wales Snowsports Club into disrepute.

All NWSC members must agree to abide by the NWSC Code of Conduct, and understand that membership may be withdrawn, temporarily or permanently if not adhered to.
